Fort Street’s dessert wonderland is an Easter paradise. There are white chocolate and berrry ripple bunny gelato sticks, and the most beautiful easter eggs filled with m&m-style hazelnut dragees. This particular egg is inspired by the sea and we are obsessed with it.

Chef Sonia Haumonte has been quietly making the most beautiful cakes in town for four years now, and this is no exception. It contains no artificial colouring either!
The Hot Cross Bun Cake

Jordon Rondel has suggested on her instagram that this may be her favourite cake creation of all time, which is a massive call. It’s filled with spices, chocolate chunks, sultanas and candied orange, and it’s topped with cinnamon cream cheese icing and dehydrated muscat grapes. Yum.
